At Bushel and a Peck Farm we work hard to create products that you will be able to enjoy and appreciate. Each piece that we create is unique and one of a kind. We are excited that you have chosen us to create something for you! It gives us the greatest joy to see our customers happy with the work that we do.
Because each design is made to order and customized, no returns are accepted. For any custom product, we will send you a proof that you must agree to before we will start on it.
Please note that we have a turn around time of 1-2 weeks. We will be sure to update you if the wait is longer.
Some items contain small pieces that can be a choking hazard.
Our custom signs are made with quality paints, stains, varnishes, and woods. While we have done our best to protect your sign from any damage, Bushel and a Peck Farm, LLC cannot guarantee or warranty any of our products, especially those placed outside. There are many factors that can damage a sign (Extreme high or low temperatures, moisture, hail, damage by animals, etc.) and because of this, we cannot provide protection from all of them and so we cannot guarantee or warranty our products.
There are certain measures however that can be done to help preserve the quality and look of your sign:
-Keep your sign in a place out of harsh conditions.
-Check over your sign for any wear or tear frequently.
-If you see any mold/mildew on your sign, try lightly cleaning it with a mild soap (Dawn) and damp cloth.
-If there are any cracks or peeling of the varnish, lightly sand the area to take off the peeling. Please do not sand down to the wood! Then apply a coat or two of an exterior varnish. Wait a few days before returning the sign back outside or in direct sunlight.
If your item arrives damaged, please take pictures and contact us as soon as possible so that we can file a claim with the shipping company.
